Install Source Updates 1. Requirement window download button should now always work properly. Fixed issue where pressing the download button multiple times would come up with an error and redirect you to the premium page. Fixed premium page auto-download fallback Greasemonkey is no longer supported as of this version It's a pain in the ass. Added auto-update urls; Might work, might not. What this does Bypasses the redirect upon downloads that nags you to buy premium and forces you to wait 5 seconds if you don't.
Block ads Give you premium Make you cool Give you brownie points with admins How does it work Basically what the script does behind the scenes is simply request the page the button would lead you to and grab the real download link for you, practically bypassing it for the user.
Disclaimer The script is in the end a roundabout way to bypass the redirect. About Userscript to fix the dumb new nexusmods update Resources Readme. Releases No releases published. Have a question about this project?

I have been attempting to download the latest version of a mod for several hours now. Every single time, it has failed at precisely 1GB the file is 1. Twice it "completed" the download, but the file was only 1GB in size, and therefore incomplete and useless.
Also, I did the ping test thing, and this was the result no idea how good or bad this is : Pinging files. Reply from Ping statistics for The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:. We've tested downloading this from a number of locations from the LA server, which you're pointing towards - and the file seems to download correctly. Sorry, something went wrong. I am getting this issue as well and I know several other people from different countries are too. The download reports finishing when it hits 1.
Edit: Tried using a download manager. The download still failed at 1. Edit2: I did not try downloading through a VPN and a DL manager, but frankly this should not be necessary anyway and it's clearly a kinda important issue if it prevents mods from being downloaded altogether.
Sikroth - please can you provide the result from ping files. Edit: I'm told by one of my friends that also got this issue that they tried downloading one of the alternative files in the mod in this case, the "CommunityAssetBundle-SingleFolderNoInstaller" with a size of 3. I'm thinking, perhaps there's an issue with the actual hosted file somehow?
Seeing it's not universally affecting all downloads over 1GB. Though maybe I'm entirely off. Hope the issue can be figured out soon. As with the others, the download happened normally until it hits 1Gb and it then stops and ultimately fails.
I tried to download the mod provided in the link on three different days 29, 30 September and 1 October and with three different servers Amsterdam, Canada, Paris. Pinging files. The SSE version is now downloading normally.
